PART TO WHOLE

The act of creating volumes through a programmatic convergence, is a direct architectural act that intersects multiple disciplines into a single collaborative work environment. The volumes are an assemblage of interdisciplinary work spaces each with a prescribed function that relates to the other through architectural juxtaposing. A new relationship is created through the previous assumptions that each function of a factory should remain separate. Simultaneously architecture that assumes divergent figuration’s can destabilize sociopolitical norms. Rather than reifying the status quo, such architecture proactively and productively opens up a new angle to the world.
